The Certified Manager of Commercial Properties® (CMCP®) is a certification that validates property professionals’ industry knowledge in 7 key competency domains. The CMCP® exam reflects industry best practices and the body of knowledge necessary for a successful career in property management. Individuals who have earned their CMCP® have demonstrated a strong understanding of the responsibilities of the role of property professionals.

Individuals who complete the CMCP Prep Course and earn their CMCP certification can now receive competency credit as one elective course to be applied to BOMI’s RPA® designation program! Apply for the competency today!
