Property Management Financial Proficiency Certificate (PMFP)

Building Energy Certificate (BEC)

This program teaches the necessary foundational concepts that relate to reducing energy consumption from a technical perspective which enables the building operator to have the skills necessary to implement sustainability efforts in the built environment.

Facilities Management Certificate (FMC)

Teaches the information necessary to manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of building systems and to maximize building efficiency and their cost-effectiveness.

To fulfill the requirements of each of the certificates:

Learners must complete their certificate enrolment within a three-year period. Learners selecting not to complete their certificate enrolment within the term will be considered inactive. All active certificate learners enrolled prior to January 1, 2020 will be given three years from January 1, 2020 to complete their current certificate program. Enrolees on or after January 1, 2020, will have three-years from their enrolment date to complete their certificate program.
